The Neurology Center of Salem provides neurological evaluation and management of neurological diseases, for patients of all ages.

Nurse Practitioner Beth Earles, APRN-CNP, cares for patients at the Neurology Center of Salem.

Our Services

Neurological conditions treated at the Neurology Center of Salem include:

  • Central Nervous System Demyelinating Disorders, such as Multiple Sclerosis
  • Parkinson's disease and Parkinsonism Disorders
  • Cerebrovascular Disease Disorders
  • Chronic Headaches Syndromes
  • Memory Problems Syndromes (Mild Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Syndromes)
  • Peripheral Nervous System and Neuromuscular Disorders, such as Neuropathies, Myopathy, Myasthenia Gravis, etc.
  • Seizure Disorders and Epileptic Syndromes
  • Gait Disorders, Movement Disorders and Other Neurological Conditions
Office Hours
Appointments are available:
Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Our office is staffed:
Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and
Friday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

We are closed for lunch:
Monday – Thursday from 1 – 2 p.m.

Individuals with flu-like symptoms are asked to call in advance. Please note that COVID-19 testing will not be available at this office location.
If you require urgent assistance after regular office hours, please call Salem Regional Medical Center’s switchboard operator at 330-332-1551, to page the provider on call.
