On April 13, 2026, the Calcutta Medical Arts Center opened as a service of Salem Regional Medical Center.

It is our privilege to welcome residents in the Calcutta community into our growing network of care.

What You Need To Know

⯈ SRMC Primary Care - Calcutta is open for primary care services in Suite A. Walk-in urgent care is also available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Katarina Barlow, M.D., and Kelly Fischer, MSN, FNP-BC, are providing care at this location.
  • Marcela Purtell, M.D., will continue providing care at this location beginning May 20.

⯈ Laboratory Services have resumed. Radiology services will open at a later date in the near future.

  • ‍‍Patients can call SRMC Central Scheduling,
    330-332-7300,     to schedule radiology tests at an alternate SRMC location until the Calcutta site opens.
